1- تظل مقتنعة بوجوب إدانة برامج العمل والمنظمات السياسية القائمة على أساس العنصرية أو كره الأجانب أو مذاهب التفوق العنصري وما يتصل بذلك من تمييز، لكونها تتعارض مع الديمقراطية والحكم الرشيد الذي يتسم بالشفافية والمساءلة؛

(a) That any act of violence or any crime committed for reasons of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia or related intolerance will be subject to an exhaustive, prompt and impartial investigation;
(أ) إجراء تحقيق شامل وفوري ونزيه في أي عمل من أعمال العنف أو أي جريمة ترتكب بدافع العنصرية أو التمييز العنصري أو كره الأجانب أو ما يتصل بذلك من تعصب؛

9- تدين البرامج والمنظمات السياسية القائمة على العنصرية أو كره الأجانب أو عقائد التفوق العنصري وما يتصل بذلك من تمييز، فضلاً عن التشريعات والممارسات القائمة على العنصرية والتمييز العنصري وكره الأجانب وما يتصل بذلك من تعصب التي تعتبر منافية للديمقراطية ولأصول الحكم القائم على الشفافية والمساءلة؛
