1. The States parties to the present Covenant recognize the right to work, which includes the right of everyone to the opportunity to gain his living by work which he freely chooses or accepts, and will take appropriate steps to safeguard this right.
المادة 6 1- تعترف الدول الأطراف في هذا العهد بالحق في العمل، الذي يشمل ما لكل شخص من حق في أن تتاح لـه إمكانية كسب رزقه بعمل يختاره أو يقبله بحرية، وتقوم باتخاذ تدابير مناسبة لصون هذا الحق.

In article 6, paragraph 1, States parties recognize " the right to work, which includes the right of everyone to the opportunity to gain his living by work which he freely chooses or accepts, and will take appropriate steps to safeguard this right " .
فتعترف الدول الأطراف، بموجب الفقرة 1 من المادة 6، " بالحق في العمل، الذي يشمل ما لكل شخص من حق في أن تتاح لـه إمكانية كسب رزقه بعمل يختاره أو يقبله بحرية، وتقوم باتخاذ تدابير مناسبة لصون هذا الحق " .

The Committee urges the State party to take appropriate steps to safeguard the right of everyone to gain a living by work which is freely chosen or accepted, in particular the older workers who have not reached retirement age.
تحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على اتخاذ خطوات مناسبة لضمان حق كل شخص في كسب رزقه من خلال عمل من اختياره الحر أو قبوله الحر، ولا سيما العمال الأكبر سناً الذين لم يبلغوا سن التقاعد.

22. Article 6 of the Covenant requires States parties to take appropriate steps to safeguard the right of everyone to the opportunity to gain a living by work which is freely chosen or accepted.
22- تقتضي المادة 6 من العهد من الدول الأطراف اتخاذ الخطوات المناسبة لضمان حق كل شخص في أن تتاح لـه إمكانية كسب رزقه بعمل يختاره أو يقبله بحرية.

It is also concerned about the high number of individuals who face long-term unemployment, and that the conditions under which unemployment benefits can be suspended may not respect the right of everyone to gain his or her living by work which he or she freely chooses or accepts (arts. 6, 7 and 9).
وتشعر اللجنة بالقلق إزاء العدد الكبير من الأفراد الذين يواجهون البطالة الطويلة الأجل، كما تشعر بالقلق لأن الشروط التي يمكن بمقتضاها تعليق إعانات البطالة قد لا تحترم حق كل فرد في كسب رزقه بعمل يختاره أو يقبله بحرية (المواد 6 و7 و9).

In the event of refusal to provide support, a spouse incapable of earning a living (or a wife during pregnancy and for one and a half years after giving birth) is entitled to claim maintenance from the other spouse through the courts.
وفي حالة الامتناع عن تقديم الدعم المالي، يجوز ﻷحد القرينين غير القادر على كسب رزقه )أو في حالة الزوجة طوال فترة الحمل وبعد سنة ونصف من الوضع( أن يطلب من اﻵخر إعالته، بموجب حكم المحكمة.

226. Article 6 of the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights enshrines the right of everyone to the opportunity to gain his living by work.
٦٢٢- تكرس المادة ٦ من العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية حق كل شخص في أن تتاح له إمكانية كسب رزقه بالعمل.

56- وتعترف المادة 6 من العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية بالحق في العمل، الذي يشمل ما لكل شخص من حق في أن تتاح له إمكانية كسب رزقه بعمل يختاره أو يقبله بحرية.

21. The " right of everyone to the opportunity to gain his living by work which he freely chooses or accepts " (art. 6 (1)) is not realized where the only real opportunity open to disabled workers is to work in so-called " sheltered " facilities under substandard conditions.
١٢- ولا يكون " حق كل شخص في أن تتاح له إمكانية كسب رزقه بعمل يختاره أو يقبله بحرية " )المادة ٦ )١(( مكفولاً إذا كانت الفرصة الحقيقية الوحيدة المتاحة للمعوقين هي العمل فيما يسمى بالمرافق " المحمية " في ظروف أدنى من المعايير.

21. The " right of everyone to the opportunity to gain his living by work which he freely chooses or accepts " (art. 6 (1)) is not realized where the only real opportunity open to disabled workers is to work in socalled " sheltered " facilities under substandard conditions.
21- ولا يكــون " حق كل شخص في أن تتاح له إمكانية كسب رزقه بعمل يختاره أو يقبله بحرية " (المادة 6 (1)) مكفولاً إذا كانت الفرصة الحقيقية الوحيدة المتاحة للمعوقين هي العمل فيما يسمى بالمرافق " المحمية " في ظروف أدنى من المعايير.

62. 22. Article 6 of the Covenant requires States parties to take appropriate steps to safeguard the right of everyone to the opportunity to gain a living by work which is freely chosen or accepted.
٢٢- تقتضي المادة ٦ من العهد من الدول اﻷطراف اتخاذ الخطوات المناسبة لضمان حق كل شخص في أن تتاح له إمكانية كسب رزقه بعمل يختاره أو يقبله بحرية.

It also urges the State party to ensure that the suspension of unemployment benefits does not violate the right of everyone to gain his or her living by work which he or she freely chooses or accepts, as set out in article 6 of the Covenant, and that there is a regular and open dialogue between the Public Employment Service and unemployed persons to take individual needs and concerns into account.
كما تحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على ضمان عدم انتهاك تعليق إعانات البطالة لحق كل فرد في كسب رزقه بعمل يختاره أو يقبله بحرية، على النحو الذي تنص عليه المادة 6 من العهد، وضمان أن يكون هناك حوار منتظم ومفتوح بين الخدمة المدنية النمساوية والعاطلين عن العمل من أجل أخذ الاحتياجات والاهتمامات الفردية بعين الاعتبار.
