If all the operative parts of a proposal or an amendment have been rejected, the proposal or amendments shall be considered to have been rejected as a whole.
وإذا رُفضت جميع أجزاء منطوق المقترح أو التعديل اعتبر المقترح أو التعديل كله مرفوضاً.

Those parts of the proposal which have been approved shall then be put to the vote as a whole; if all the operative parts of a proposal have been rejected, the proposal shall be considered to have been rejected as a whole.
ثم تُطرح أجزاء المقترح التي أُقرت، للتصويت عليها مجتمعة؛ وإذا رفضت جميع أجزاء منطوق المقترح، يعتبر المقترح كله مرفوضاً.
