15. 15- يحث كل المانحين على تقديم دعم مالي عاجل إلى مفوضية الأمم المتحدة السامية لشؤون اللاجئين من أجل تنسيق الشؤون الإنسانية وإلى المنظمات الإنسانية الدولية، كما طلب ذلك في النداء الإنساني الخاص بالجمهورية العربية السورية حتى يتسنى لها تطبيق خطة الاستجابة الإنسانية بشكل أكثر فعالية داخل البلد؛
