" ٥ - يخطر الوديع على الفور جميع الدول الموقعة والمنضمة بتاريخ كل توقيع وتاريخ إيداع كل صك تصديق أو انضمام وتاريخ بدء نفاذ هذه الاتفاقية، وبورود أي إشعارات أخرى.

5. The depositary shall promptly inform all signatory and acceding States of the date of each signature, the date of deposit of each instrument of ratification or accession and the date of the entry into force of this Convention, as well as of the receipt of other notices.
٥ - يخطر الوديع على الفور جميع الدول الموقعة والمنضمة بتاريخ كل توقيع وتاريخ إيداع كل صك تصديق أو انضمام وتاريخ بدء نفاذ هذه الاتفاقية، وبورود أي إشعارات أخرى.

3. The SecretaryGeneral of the United Nations shall inform all States which have signed the present Protocol or acceded to it of the deposit of each instrument of ratification or accession.
3- يخطر الأمين العام لمنظمة الأمم المتحدة جميع الدول التي تكون قد وقعت على هذا البروتوكول أو انضمت إليه بإيداع كل صك تصديق أو انضمام.

5. The depositary shall promptly inform all signatory and acceding States of the date of each signature, the date of deposit of each instrument of ratification or accession and the date of entry into force of this Convention, as well as of the receipt of other notices.
٥ - يخطر الوديع على الفور جميع الدول الموقعة والمنضمة بتاريخ كل توقيع، وتاريخ إيداع كل صك تصديق أو انضمام، وتاريخ بدء نفاذ هذه الاتفاقية، وبِورود أي إشعارات أخرى.

3. The Secretary-General of the United Nations in his capacity as the depositary of the Convention and the Protocol shall inform all States Parties to the Convention and all States which have signed the Convention of the deposit of each instrument of ratification or accession to the Protocol.
٣ - يقوم اﻷمين العام لﻷمم المتحدة، بصفته وديع الاتفاقية والبروتوكول، بإبلاغ جميع الدول اﻷطراف في الاتفاقية وجميع الدول التي وقعت على الاتفاقية بإيداع كل صك تصديق على البروتوكول أو انضمام إليه.

٢ - يبلغ الوديع، على وجه السرعة، جميع الدول الموقعة لهذه المعاهدة والمنضمة إليها بتاريخ كل توقيع، وتاريخ ايداع كل صك تصديق أو انضمام، وتاريخ بدء نفاذ هذه المعاهدة وأي تعديلات وتغييرات عليها وتسلم إشعارات أخرى.

2. The Depositary shall promptly inform all signatory and acceding States of the date of each signature, the date of deposit of each instrument of ratification or accession, the date of the entry into force of this Treaty and of any amendments [and changes] thereto, any notice of withdrawal and the receipt of other notices. [The Depositary shall also inform the Security Council of the United Nations of any notice of withdrawal.]
٢- يبلغ الوديع، على وجه السرعة، جميع الدول الموقعة على هذه المعاهدة والمنضمة إليها بتاريخ كل توقيع، وتاريخ ايداع كل صك تصديق أو انضمام، وتاريخ بدء نفاذ هذه المعاهدة وأية تعديلات ]وتغييرات[ أدخلت عليها، وبأي اشعار بالانسحاب منها، وعند تسلم أية اشعارات أخرى. ]وعلى الوديع أيضا أن يبلغ مجلس اﻷمن التابع لﻷمم المتحدة بأي اشعار بالانسحاب.[

The Depositary shall promptly inform all signatory and acceding States of the date of each signature, the date of deposit of each instrument of ratification or accession, the date of the entry into force of this Treaty and of any amendments [and changes] thereto, any notice of withdrawal and the receipt of other notices. [The Depositary shall also inform the Security Council of the United Nations of any notice of withdrawal.]
