In its resolution 7/21 of 28 March 2008, the Human Rights Council decided to extend the mandate of the Working Group for a period of three years, authorized the Working Group to hold three sessions per year of five working days each and requested it to report to the General Assembly at its sixty-third session and to the Council in 2009.
505 - وقرر مجلس حقوق الإنسان، بموجب قراره 7/21 المؤرخ 28 آذار/مارس 2008، تمديد ولاية الفريق العامل لفترة ثلاث سنوات أخرى، وأذن له بعقد ثلاث دورات سنويا مدة كل منهما خمسة أيام عمل وطلب إليه أن يقدم تقريرا إلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها الثالثة والستين وإلى المجلس عام 2009.

The adoption of the resolution by the Human Rights Council gives rise to a total amount of $614,600 for the holding of two sessions for five working days each in Geneva in 2010, under (a) section 2, General Assembly and Economic and Social Council affairs and conference management ($607,000); and (b) section 28E, Administration, Geneva ($7,600).

8- تقرر أيضاً إنشاء فريق عامل يتكون من خمسة خبراء مستقلين ينحدرون من أصل أفريقي يقوم رئيس الدورة الثامنة والخمسين للجنة بالتشاور مع المجموعات الإقليمية بتعيينهم على أساس التمثيل الجغرافي العادل، ويعقد هذا الفريق دورتين مدة كل منهما خمسة أيام عمل قبل انعقاد الدورة التاسعة والخمسين للجنة وذلك في جلسات عامة ومغلقة وتسند إليه الولاية التالية:

8- تقرر أيضاً إنشاء فريق عامل يتكون من خمسة خبراء مستقلين يعنى بالسكان المنحدرين من أصل أفريقي ويقوم رئيس الدورة الثامنة والخمسين للجنة، بالتشاور مع المجموعات الإقليمية، بتعيينهم على أساس التمثيل الجغرافي العادل، ويعقد هذا الفريق دورتين مدة كل منهما خمسة أيام عمل قبل انعقاد الدورة التاسعة والخمسين للجنة وذلك في جلسات عامة ومغلقة وتسند إليه الولاية التالية:

(b) To establish a working group of five independent experts on people of African descent, appointed on the basis of equitable geographical representation by the Chairman of the fiftyeighth session of the Commission, in consultation with regional groups, to meet for two sessions of five working days each prior to the fiftyninth session of the Commission, in closed and public meetings, with a mandate:
(ب) أن تنشئ فريقا عاملا يتكون من خمسة خبراء مستقلين ينحدرون من أصل أفريقي يقوم رئيس الدورة الثامنة والخمسين للجنة، بالتشاور مع المجموعات الإقليمية، بتعيينهم على أساس التمثيل الجغرافي العادل، ويعقد هذا الفريق دورتين مدة كل منهما خمسة أيام عمل قبل انعقاد الدورة التاسعة والخمسين للجنة وذلك في جلسات عامة ومغلقة وتسند إليه الولاية التالية:
