3. Encourages all States to contribute to the full implementation of Security Council resolution 1244 (1999) of 10 June 1999 on Kosovo, Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, and welcomes the efforts of and supports the role of the United Nations Interim Administration in Kosovo and the Kosovo Force in the implementation of their mandates under that resolution;
