وقرر المجلس أيضا أنه يتعين على جميع الدول أن تمنع بيع أسلحة وما يتصل بها من عتاد أو تزويد أي كيان أو فرد في لبنان بها من خلال مواطنيها أو انطلاقا من أراضيها أو باستخدام السفن والطائرات التي ترفع علمها.

(a) The sale or supply to any entity or individual in Lebanon of arms and related materiel of all types, including weapons and ammunition, military vehicles and equipment, paramilitary equipment, and spare parts for the aforementioned, whether or not originating in their territories; and
(أ) بيع أو تزويد أي كيان أو فرد في لبنان بأسلحة وما يتصل بها من عتاد من كل الأنواع، بما في ذلك الأسلحة والذخيرة والمركبات والمعدات العسكرية والمعدات شبه العسكرية، وقطع الغيار لما سبق ذكره، سواء أكان منشؤها من أراضيها أو من غيرها؛

I reiterate my call on all Member States to prevent transfers of arms and related materiel to entities or individuals in Lebanon without the consent of the Lebanese State, and I emphasize again the importance of the early adoption and implementation of a comprehensive border management strategy by the Government of Lebanon.
وأكرر تأكيد دعوتي إلى جميع الدول الأعضاء لمنع تزويد أي كيان أو فرد في لبنان بأسلحة وما يتصل بها من عتاد بدون موافقة الدولة اللبنانية، وأشدد مرة أخرى على أهمية قيام حكومة لبنان باعتماد استراتيجية شاملة لإدارة الحدود وتطبيقها في مرحلة مبكرة.

47. In its resolution 1701 (2006), the Security Council decided that all States should prevent the sale or the supply of arms and related materiel to entities or individuals in Lebanon by their nationals or from their territories or using their flag vessels or aircraft.

42. In resolution 1701 (2006), the Security Council decided that all States were to prevent the sale or the supply of arms and related materiel to entities or individuals in Lebanon by their nationals, or from their territories or using their flag vessels or aircraft.
42 - قرر مجلس الأمن، في القرار 1701 (2006)، أن على جميع الدول أن تمنع بيع أو تزويد أي كيان أو فرد في لبنان بأسلحة وما يتصل بها من عتاد من كل الأنواع، من جانب مواطنيها أو انطلاقا من أراضيها أو باستخدام السفن والطائرات التي ترفع علمها.

I remind all Member States of their obligations under that resolution to prevent the sale or the supply of arms and related materiel to entities or individuals in Lebanon except those authorized by the Government of Lebanon.
وأذكّر جميع الدول الأعضاء بالتزاماتها بموجب القرار 1701 (2006) بأن تمنع بيع أو توريد الأسلحة وما يتصل بها من عتاد من كل الأنواع إلى أي كيان أو فرد في لبنان باستثناء من تأذن لهم الحكومة اللبنانية بذلك.

44. In resolution 1701 (2006), the Security Council decided that all States shall take measures to prevent the sale or supply of arms and related materiel to entities or individuals in Lebanon by their nationals or from their territories using their flag vessels or aircraft.
44 - في القرار 1701 (2006)، قرر مجلس الأمن أن تتخذ جميع الدول تدابير لمنع القيام، من جانب مواطنيها أو انطلاقا من أراضيها أو باستخدام سفن أو طائرات ترفع علمها، ببيع أو تزويد أي كيان أو فرد في لبنان بأسلحة وما يتصل بها من عتاد.

(b) The provision to any entity or individual in Lebanon of any technical training or assistance related to the provision, manufacture, maintenance or use of the items listed in subparagraph (a) above; except that these prohibitions shall not apply to arms, related material, training or assistance authorized by the Government of Lebanon or by UNIFIL as authorized in paragraph 11;
(ب) تزويد أي كيان أو فرد في لبنان بأي تدريب أو مساعدة في المجال التقني فيما يتصل بتوفير أو تصنيع أو صيانة أو استخدام المواد المدرجة في الفقرة الفرعية (أ) أعلاه، على أن تدابير المنع هذه لا تنطبق على الأسلحة وما يتصل بها من العتاد والتدريب والمساعدة مما تأذن به حكومة لبنان أو قوة الأمم المتحدة المؤقتة في لبنان وفق ما أذنت به الفقرة 11؛
