وينبغي التذكير بأن اللجنة طلبت، في دورتها الخامسة والثلاثين، إجراء دراسة من جانب مكتب المراقبة الداخلية حول اﻵثار الناجمة عن إعادة تنظيم برنامج اﻷمم المتحدة للبيئة، وذلك في إطار متابعة التقييم المتعمق للبرنامج المعني بالبيئة، كيما تنظر فيها اللجنة في دورتها السابعة والثلاثين.

Following an exchange of views, the Commission decided that an informal technical working group, with the participation of the two secretariats and the organizations, should be convened to prepare further documentation on the issue for consideration by the Commission.

The Committee asked the interim secretariat to seek further information from countries, international organizations and relevant groups and to produce a synthesis document for consideration by the Committee at its tenth session (A/AC.237/55, para. 89).
