Contracting States may find it useful, however, to clarify the extent to which the provisions of the article are applicable to such information, in particular when the provisions of that Convention will have effect with respect to taxes arising or levied from a certain time.
بيد أن الدول المتعاقدة قد ترى أنه من المفيد توضيح إلى أي مدى تسري أحكام المادة على تلك المعلومات، ولا سيما عندما يكون لأحكام تلك الاتفاقية أثر بالنسبة لضرائب ناشئة أو مفروضة في فترة معينة.

Contracting States may find it useful, however, to clarify the extent to which the provisions of the article are applicable to such information, in particular when the provisions of that Convention will have effect with respect to taxes arising or levied from a certain time.
بيد أن الدول المتعاقدة قد ترى أنه من المفيد توضيح إلى أي مدى تسري أحكام المادة على تلك المعلومات، وخاصة عندما يكون لأحكام تلك الاتفاقية أثر بالنسبة لضرائب ناشئة أو مفروضة من فترة معينة.

Contracting States may find it useful, however, to clarify the extent to which the provisions of the article are applicable to such revenue claims, in particular when the provisions concerning the entry into force of their convention provide that the provisions of that Convention will have effect with respect to taxes arising or levied from a certain time.
غير أن الدول المتعاقدة قد تجد أنه من المفيد إيضاح مدى تطبيق أحكام المادة على هذه المطالبات المتعلقة بالإيراد، وخاصة عندما تقضي الأحكام المتعلقة بسريان اتفاقيتها بأن يكون لأحكام تلك الاتفاقية مفعول فيما يتعلق بالضرائب الناشئة أو المفروضة اعتباراً من وقت محدد.

Venezuela considered that it was not subject to the provisions of that Convention under international customary law, with the exception of those it had expressly incorporated into its domestic legislation, and that it therefore was not bound by paragraphs 26 and 27 of the Strategy.
