6 - تشير إلى الفقرتين 24 و 25 من الجزء باء من قرارها 52/214 المؤرخ 22 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1997، وتطلب إلى الأمين العام أن يقدم تقريره في امتثال تام لأحكام هاتين الفقرتين؛

Decisions concerning destruction of anti-personnel mines in mined areas in accordance with Article 5 of the Convention and facilitation and clarification of compliance in accordance with Article 8 of the Convention shall be made according to the provisions of those Articles.
تتخذ القرارات المتعلقة بتدمير الألغام المضادة للأفراد في المناطق الملغومة عملاً بالمادة 5 من الاتفاقية والقرارات المتعلقة بتيسير الامتثال وتوضيحه عملاً بالمادة 8 من الاتفاقية وفقاً لأحكام هاتين المادتين.

Decisions concerning destruction of anti-personnel mines in mined areas in accordance with Article 5 of the Convention and facilitation and clarification of compliance in accordance with Article 8 of the Convention shall be made according to the provisions of those Articles.
تتخذ القرارات المتعلقة بتدمير الألغام المضادة للأفراد في المناطق الملغومة عملاً بالمادة 5 من الاتفاقية والقرارات المتعلقة بتيسير الامتثال وتوضيحه عملا بالمادة 8 من الاتفاقية وفقا لأحكام هاتين المادتين.

21. Further decides that the increase of 398,800 dollars in the estimated staff assessment income in respect of the financial period ended 30 June 2002 shall be added to the credit from the amount referred to in paragraphs 19 and 20 above and that the respective shares of Member States therein shall be applied in accordance with the provisions of those paragraphs, as appropriate;
21 - تقرر كذلك أن تضاف الزيادة البالغة 800 398 دولار في الإيرادات الآتية من الاقتطاعات الإلزامية من مرتبات الموظفين فيما يتعلق بالفترة المالية المنتهية في 30 حزيران/يونيه 2002 إلى الرصيد الدائن المحقق من المبلغ المشار إليه في الفقرتين 19 و 20 أعلاه، وأن تطبق الحصص المقررة لكل من الدول الأعضاء وفقا لأحكام هاتين الفقرتين، حسب الاقتضاء؛

16. Decides further that the increase of 529,000 dollars in the estimated staff assessment income in respect of the financial period ended 30 June 2002 shall be added to the credit from the amount referred to in paragraphs 14 and 15 above, and that the respective shares of Member States therein shall be applied in accordance with the provisions of those paragraphs as appropriate;
16 - تقرر كذلك أن تضاف الزيادة البالغة 000 529 دولار في تقديرات الإيرادات الآتية من الاقتطاعات الإلزامية من مرتبات الموظفين، فيما يتعلق بالفترة المالية المنتهية في 30 حزيران/يونيه 2002 إلى الرصيد الدائن المحقق من المبلغ المشار إليه في الفقرتين 14 و 15 أعلاه، وأن تطبق حصة كل من الدول الأعضاء وفقا لأحكام هاتين الفقرتين حسب الاقتضاء؛

24. Decides further that the increase of 200,800 dollars in the estimated staff assessment income in respect of the financial period ended 30 June 2002 shall be added to the credit from the amount referred to in paragraphs 22 and 23 above, and that the respective shares of Member States therein shall be applied in accordance with the provisions of those paragraphs as appropriate;
24 - تقرر كذلك أن تضاف الزيادة في الإيرادات التقديرية الآتية من الاقتطاعات الإلزامية من مرتبات الموظفين البالغة 800 200 دولار للفترة المالية المنتهية في 30 حزيران/يونيه 2002، إلى المبالغ المقيدة لحساب الدول الأعضاء من المبلغ المشار إليه في الفقرتين 22 و 23 أعلاه، وأن تُحسب حصص الدول الأعضاء في هذه الزيادة وفقا لأحكام هاتين الفقرتين، حسب الاقتضاء؛

Among the obstacle to the application, mutatis mutandis, of the provisions of those Conventions was the fact that unilateral acts were complex and thus no analogy could be drawn with treaty norms that applied to inter-State agreements; furthermore, not all States had ratified the two Conventions, whereas any State could formulate a unilateral act.
فمن بين معوقات التطبيق، مع ما يلزم من تبديل، لأحكام هاتين الاتفاقيتين ما تتسم به الأفعال الانفرادية من تعقيد، وبالتالي عدم إمكانية وضع مقارنة لها مع قواعد المعاهدات المطبقة على الاتفاقات المشتركة بين الدول، وفضلا عن ذلك، لم تصادق جميع الدول على الاتفاقيتين في الوقت نفسه الذي تستطيع فيه أي دولة القيام بأعمال انفرادية.

20. Decides also that the decrease of 510,300 dollars in the estimated staff assessment income in respect of the financial period ended 30 June 2002 shall be set off against the credits from the amount referred to in paragraphs 18 and 19 above, and that the respective shares of Member States therein shall be applied in accordance with the provisions of those paragraphs as appropriate;
20 - تقرر أيضا أن يخصم الانخفاض البالغ 300 510 دولار في الإيرادات التقديرية الآتية من الاقتطاعات الإلزامية من مرتبات الموظفين فيما يتعلق بالفترة المالية المنتهية في 30 حزيران/يونيه 2002، من الأرصدة المحققة من المبلغ المشار إليه في الفقرتين 18 و 19 أعلاه، وأن تحدد حصة كل من الدول الأعضاء في هذا الانخفاض وفقا لأحكام هاتين الفقرتين، حسب الاقتضاء؛

19. Decides further that the increase of 86,600 dollars in the estimated staff assessment income in respect of the financial period ended 30 June 2003 shall be added to the credits from the amount referred to in paragraphs 17 and 18 above and that the respective shares of Member States therein shall be applied in accordance with the provisions of those paragraphs, as appropriate;
19 - تقـرر كذلك أن تضاف الزيادة البالغة 600 86 دولار في الإيرادات التقديرية الآتية من الاقتطاعات الإلزامية من مرتبات الموظفين للفترة المالية المنتهية في 30 حزيران/يونيه 2003، إلى المبالغ المحققة من المبلغ المشار إليه في الفقرتين 17 و 18 أعلاه، وأن تحسب حصة كل من الدول الأعضاء في هذه الزيادة وفقا لأحكام هاتين الفقرتين، حسب الاقتضاء؛

21. Decides further that the increase in the estimated staff assessment income of 393,400 dollars in respect of the financial period ended 30 June 2003 shall be added to the credits from the amount referred to in paragraphs 19 and 20 above and that the respective shares of Member States therein shall be applied in accordance with the provisions of those paragraphs, as appropriate;
21 - تقرر كذلك أن تضاف الزيادة في الإيرادات التقـديرية الآتية من الاقتطاعات الإلزامية من مرتبات الموظفين البالغة 400 393 دولار في ما يتعلق بالفترة المالية المنتهية في 30 حزيران/يونيه 2003 إلى المبالغ المخصومة الآتية من المبلغ المشار إليه في الفقرتين 19 و 20 أعلاه وأن تطبق حصة كل دولة عضو منها وفقا لأحكام هاتين الفقرتين، حسب الاقتضاء؛

12. Decides further that the decrease of 114,900 dollars in the estimated staff assessment income in respect of the financial period ended 30 June 2003 shall be set off against the credits from the amount referred to in paragraphs 10 and 11 above, and that the respective shares of Member States therein shall be applied in accordance with the provisions of those paragraphs, as appropriate;
12 - تقرر كذلك أن يخصم الانخفاض البالغ 900 114 دولار في الإيرادات التقديرية الآتية من الاقتطاعات الإلزامية من مرتبات الموظفين فيما يتعلق بالفترة المالية المنتهية في 30 حزيران/يونيه 2003، من الأرصـدة المحققة من المبلغ المشار إليه في الفقرتين 10 و 11 أعلاه، وأن تحدد حصة كل من الدول الأعضاء في هذا الانخفاض وفقا لأحكام هاتين الفقرتين، حسب الاقتضاء؛

18. Decides also, that the increase in the estimated staff assessment income of 85,500 dollars in respect of the financial period ended 30 June 2003 shall be added to the credits from the amount referred to in paragraphs 16 and 17 above, and that the respective shares of Member States therein shall be applied in accordance with the provisions of those paragraphs, as appropriate;
18 - تقرر أيضا، أن تُضاف الزيادة الحاصلة في الإيرادات الآتية من الاقتطاعات الإلزامية من مرتبات الموظفين البالغ تقديرها 500 85 دولار فيما يتعلق بالفترة المالية المنتهية في 30 حزيران/يونيه 2003، إلى المبالغ المقيدة لحساب الدول الأعضاء والمشار إليها في الفقرتين 16 و 17 أعلاه، وأن تحدد حصص الدول الأعضاء فيها وفقا لأحكام هاتين الفقرتين، حسب الاقتضاء؛

20. Further decides that the increase of 878,900 dollars in the estimated staff assessment income in respect of the financial period ended 30 June 2003 shall be added to the credits from the amount referred to in paragraphs 18 and 19 above, and that the respective shares of Member States therein shall be applied in accordance with the provisions of those paragraphs, as appropriate;
20 - تقرر كذلك أن تضاف الزيادة البالغة 900 878 دولار في الإيرادات التقديرية الآتية من الاقتطاعات الإلزامية من مرتبات الموظفين فيما يتعلق بالفترة المالية المنتهية في 30 حزيران/يونيه 2003 إلى الرصيد الدائن المحقق من المبلغ المشار إليه في الفقرتين 18 و 19 أعلاه، وأن تطبق الحصص المقررة لكل من الدول الأعضاء وفقا لأحكام هاتين الفقرتين، حسب الاقتضاء؛
