3. In the light of the review, the Council may amend the provisions of these Regulations.

The jurisdiction and functioning of the Court shall be governed by the provisions of this Statute.
ويخضع اختصاص المحكمة وأسلوب عملها لأحكام هذا النظام الأساسي.

The Court may exercise its jurisdiction with respect to a crime referred to in article 5 in accordance with the provisions of this Statute if:

Subject to any directions of the presiding judge, the parties may submit evidence in accordance with the provisions of this Statute.
ويجوز للأطراف، مع مراعاة توجيهات القاضي الذي يرأس الجلسة، أن يقدموا الأدلة وفقا لأحكام هذا النظام الأساسي.

States Parties shall, in accordance with the provisions of this Statute, cooperate fully with the Court in its investigation and prosecution of crimes within the jurisdiction of the Court.
تتعاون الدول الأطراف، وفقا لأحكام هذا النظام الأساسي، تعاونــا تاما مع المحكمة فيما تجريه، في إطار اختصاص المحكمة، من تحقيقات في الجرائم والمقاضاة عليها.

The President of the Court, the Prosecutor and the Registrar or their representatives may participate, as appropriate, in meetings of the Assembly and the Bureau in accordance with the provisions of these Rules and may make oral or written statements and provide information on any question under consideration.
يجوز لرئيس المحكمة والمدعي العام والمسجل أو ممثليهم أن يشاركوا، حسبما يكون مناسبا، في اجتماعات الجمعية والمكتب وفقا لأحكام هذا النظام ويجوز لهم أن يدلوا ببيانات شفوية أو خطية وأن يقدموا معلومات بشأن أي مسألة قيد النظر.
