96- إنَّ اللجنة، بينما تُحيط علماً بالتعديلات التي أدخلت على التشريعات المحلية، لا يزال مع ذلك يُساورها القلق لعدم امتثال كافة القوانين المحلية، حتى الآن، امتثالاً تاماً لأحكام ومبادئ الاتفاقية.

(c) Ensure that legislation at provincial level as a whole fully complies with the provisions and principles of the Convention;

In the context of efforts to ensure full implementation of the Convention in accordance with the advice received from the Committee on the Rights of the Child, her country was currently reviewing its legislation in order to ensure compliance with the provisions and principles of the Convention. That involved an open process of consultation with official bodies, the institutions of civil society and non-governmental organizations.
