وبموجب الأمر ذاته، حددت المحكمة تاريخ 4 نيسان/أبريل 2103 أجلا لإيداع نيوزيلندا لملاحظاتها الخطية المشار إليها في الفقرة 1 من المادة 86 من لائحة المحكمة؛ كما أذنت لأستراليا واليابان بإيداع ملاحظاتهما الخطية على تلك الملاحظات الخطية لنيوزيلندا وحددت تاريخ 31 أيار/مايو 2013 أجلا لإيداعها.

We applaud those States and organizations that have shown such leadership -- for example, the joint initiative of Australia and Japan to set up the International Commission on Nuclear Non-Proliferation and Disarmament, the International Panel on Fissile Materials and those States that have implemented the Additional Protocol with IAEA.
