12. The broad assessment of UNCTAD's technical cooperation activities targeting the four specific categories of countries is based on the experience of the Evaluation Team, the results of the analysis of 10 selected projects as well as of a survey results on 42 different projects, and on their analytical review of the activities.

It was noted that the plan proposed a more balanced distribution of UNCTAD technical cooperation activities for 1998-2000 among the regions, contingent on the mobilization of the necessary resources.
ولوحظ أن الخطة اقترحت توزيعاً أكثر توازناً ﻷنشطة اﻷونكتاد في مجال التعاون التقني للفترة ٨٩٩١-٠٠٠٢ فيما بين المناطق، رهناً بتعبئة الموارد اللازمة.

Since then, there has also been a discussion with the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs on how RBM methodology is being applied to projects under the United Nations Development Account, as this is a methodology that is particularly appropriate and relevant for UNCTAD technical cooperation.
