The first biennial programme of action to implement activities under the four pillars of the Tehran Framework was adopted in Beijing in 2000.
وقد اعتُمد برنامج العمل الأول لفترة السنتين في بيجين في عام 2000 لتنفيذ الأنشطة المشمولة بالمجالات الأربعة لإطار طهران.

The High Commissioner reviewed some of the achievements of the Asia-Pacific Regional Framework, commending member States for progress made in implementing several aspects of the four pillars of the Tehran Framework.
واستعرضت المفوضة السامية بعض منجزات الإطار الإقليمي لآسيا والمحيط الهادئ، مثنية على الدول الأعضاء على التقدم المحرز في تنفيذ عدة جوانب من المحاور الأربعة لإطار طهران.

The workshop decided to convene inter-sessional workshops addressing issues under each of the four areas of the Tehran Framework and welcomed the decision of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights to allocate funds for the projects foreseen within the Framework.
وقررت حلقة العمل عقد حلقات عمل خلال فترة ما بين الدورات لمعالجة القضايا في كل من المجالات الأربعة لإطار طهران ورحبت بقرار مفوضة الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان تخصيص اعتمادات لتمويل تنفيذ المشروعات المتوخاة في هذا الإطار.

Noting with appreciation the commitment of States in the Asia-Pacific region to developing and strengthening national capacities for the promotion and protection of human rights, in accordance with the Tehran Framework of Regional Technical Cooperation Programme for Asia and the Pacific,

Noting that 2008 will mark the sixtieth anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the fifteenth anniversary of the process of regional cooperation for the promotion and protection of human rights in the Asia-Pacific region, as well as the tenth anniversary of the Tehran Framework on Regional Technical Cooperation;
وإذ تشير إلى أن عام 2008 سيصادف الذكرى الستين للإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان، والذكرى الخامسة عشرة لعملية التعاون الإقليمي من أجل تعزيز وحماية حقوق الإنسان في منطقة آسيا والمحيط الهادئ، والذكرى العاشرة لإطار طهران للتعاون التقني الإقليمي،

Member States emphasized the importance of undertaking activities under the Tehran Framework at the national and subregional levels and noted that, within each of the priority areas, attention should be paid to the promotion and protection of the rights of women, children and vulnerable groups.
وأكدت الدول الأعضاء أهمية القيام بأنشطة وفقاً لإطار طهران على المستويين الوطني ودون الإقليمي وأشارت إلى ضرورة الاهتمام، في كل مجال من مجالات الأولوية، بتعزيز وحماية حقوق المرأة والطفل والمجموعات الضعيفة.

48. Welcome the efforts of the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights in developing partnerships for implementation of its activities under the Tehran Framework which are enhancing national capacities for the promotion and protection of human rights in the region;
48- يرحبون بجهـود المفوضية السامية لحقوق الإنسان الرامية إلى تنمية الشراكات من أجل تنفيذ أنشطتها وفقاً لإطار طهران للنهوض بالقدرات الوطنية اللازمة لتعزيز وحماية حقوق الإنسان في المنطقة؛

6. The High Commissioner reviewed some of the achievements of the Regional Framework process and commended Member States for progress made in implementing the four of the Tehran Framework pillars.
6- واستعرضت المفوضة السامية بعض منجزات عملية الإطار الإقليمي، وشكرت الدول الأعضاء على التقدم الذي أحرزته في تنفيذ الدعائم الأربع لإطار طهران.

Encouraging United Nations country teams, acting within their existing mandates, to support the implementation of activities at country level under the Tehran Framework through country programming and the strengthening of national human rights capacities, at the request of interested countries,

8. In New Delhi (1999), participants at the seventh Workshop decided to convene intersessional workshops addressing issues under each of the four areas of the Tehran Framework.
8- وقرر المشاركون في حلقة العمل السابعة المعقودة في نيودلهي (1999) عقد حلقات عمل تتخلل الدورات من أجل التصدي للقضايا المشمولة بكل من المجالات الأربعة لإطار طهران.

15. 7. The first session of the Workshop was dedicated to the review of the four of the Tehran Framework pillars: national human rights action plans; national human rights institutions; human rights education; and the right to development and economic, social and cultural rights.
7- خُصصت الجلسة الأولى لحلقة العمل لاستعراض الدعائم الأربع لإطار طهران: خطط العمل الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان؛ والمؤسسات الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان؛ والتثقيف في مجال حقوق الإنسان؛ والحق في التنمية والحقوق الاقتصادية والثقافية والاجتماعية.

5. Welcome the launch of the Action 2 programme in October 2004 and its potential to promote activities in the context of the four pillars of the Tehran Framework identified as priority areas under the Asia-Pacific Regional Framework, with a view to strengthening national human rights protection systems;

7. The continued relevance of the four pillars of the Tehran Framework in developing some of the core national components and capacities needed at the country level was noted, as was the emergence of new regional human rights infrastructures, particularly with the development of mechanisms in the League of Arab States, OIC and ASEAN.
7- وأُشير إلى استمرار أهمية الأركان الأربعة لإطار طهران في وضع بعض المكونات والقدرات الوطنية الرئيسية اللازمة على المستوى القطري، وإلى ظهور هياكل أساسية إقليمية جديدة لحقوق الإنسان، ولا سيما مع إنشاء آليات في إطار جامعة الدول العربية ومنظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي ورابطة أمم جنوب شرق آسيا.
