ويتعين على الدول كافة أن تتصرف وفقا لإعلان مبادئ القانون الدولي المتصلة بالعلاقات الودية والتعاون فيما بين الدول وفقا للميثاق.

ويتعين على جميع الدول أن تتصرف وفقا لإعلان مبادئ القانون الدولي المتصلة بالعلاقات الودية والتعاون فيما بين الدول، وفقا لميثاق الأمم المتحدة().

In this context, we urge all States to act in accordance with the Declaration on Principles of International Law concerning Friendly Relations and Cooperation among States in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations.
وفي هذا السياق، نحث جميع الدول على التصرف وفقا لإعلان مبادئ القانون الدولي المتعلقة بالعلاقات الودية والتعاون بين الدول وفقا لميثاق الأمم المتحدة().

1. The Libyan Arab Jamahiriya reaffirms its condemnation and firm rejection of any measures that bar any State from exercising its full political rights in choosing its political, economic and social systems, because this constitutes a flagrant violation of the Declaration on Principles of International Law concerning Friendly Relations and Cooperation among States, adopted by the General Assembly on 24 October 1970.
1 - إن الجماهيرية العربية الليبية تؤكد من جديد إدانتها ورفضها الشديد لأية إجراءات وتدابير من شأنها حرمان أية دولة من ممارسة حقوقها السياسية الكاملة في اختيار أنظمتها السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية لأن هذا يعتبر خرقا صريحا لإعلان مبادئ القانون الدولي المتعلق بالعلاقات الدولية والتعاون بين الدول الذي اعتمدته الجمعية العامة في 24 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 1970.

3. The Committee emphasizes that in accordance with the Declaration on Principles of International Law concerning Friendly Relations and Cooperation among States in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations, approved by the United Nations General Assembly in its resolution 2625 (XXV) of 24 October 1970, it is the duty of States to promote the right to selfdetermination of peoples.
3- تؤكد اللجنة على أن من واجب الدول، وفقا لإعلان مبادئ القانون الدولي المتعلقة بالعلاقات الودية والتعاون بين الدول طبقا لميثاق الأمم المتحدة، وهو الإعلان الذي اعتمدته الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة في قرارها 2625 (د-25) المؤرخ 24 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 1970، أن تقرر حق الشعوب في تقرير مصيرها.

3- تؤكد اللجنة على أن من واجب الدول، وفقا لإعلان مبادئ القانون الدولي المتعلقة بالعلاقات الودية والتعاون بين الدول طبقا لميثاق الأمم المتحدة، وهو الإعلان الذي اعتمدته الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة في قرارها 2625 (د - 25) المؤرخ 24 تشرين الأول/اكتوبر 1970، أن تقـــرر حــق الشعوب في تقرير مصيرها.

He suggested that the United Nations might consider seeking guidance from the International Court of Justice to clarify the rights and responsibilities of all the parties in accordance with the Declaration on Principles of International Law concerning Friendly Relations and Cooperation among States, and in particular, the duty of Member States to bring an end to colonialism, having due regard to the freely expressed will of the people concerned.
واقترح أن تنظر الأمم المتحدة في إمكانية التماس المشورة من محكمة العدل الدولية لتوضيح حقوق جميع الأطراف ومسؤولياتها وفقا لإعلان مبادئ القانون الدولي المتصلة بالعلاقات الودية والتعاون بين الدول وفقا لميثاق الأمم المتحدة، ولا سيما واجب الدول الأعضاء فيما يتعلق بإنهاء الاستعمار، مع إيلاء الاعتبار الواجب لإرادة الشعب المعني المعرب عنها بحرية.

4. The American Presidential Determination is a flagrant violation of the Declaration on Principles of International Law concerning Friendly Relations and Co-operation among States in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations, contained in General Assembly resolution 2625 (XXV), in particular the following principles:
4 - إن المرسوم الرئاسي الأمريكي يشكل خرقا فاضحا لإعلان مبادئ القانون الدولي المتعلقة بالعلاقات الودية والتعاون بين الدول وفقا لميثاق الأمم المتحدة، الصادر بقرار من الجمعية العامة تحت رقم 2625 (د - 25)، وخاصة المبادئ التالية:
