91. the Subcommittee noted with satisfaction that the African Group had nominated Mohammed Aït Belaïd (Morocco) to fill the vacant post of Rapporteur of the Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space and that the election of the Rapporteur would take place at the session of the Committee that would be held in July 1999.
١٩ - لاحظت اللجنة الفرعية بارتياح أن المجموعة الافريقية رشحت السيد محمد آيت بلعيد )المغرب( للمنصب الشاغر الخاص بمقرر لجنة استخدام الفضاء الخارجي في اﻷغراض السلمية ، وأفادت بأن انتخاب المقرر سيتم في دورة اللجنة التي ستعقد في تموز/يوليه ٩٩٩١ .

the Subcommittee noted with satisfaction the voluntary contributions that were being made available by Member States, including cash contributions from Austria, Croatia, Germany and Spain, and encouraged Member States to provide, on a voluntary basis, all support necessary, including financial support, to UN-SPIDER to enable it to carry out its workplan for the biennium 2010-2011.
96- كذلك لاحظت اللجنة الفرعية بارتياح التبرعات التي تقدمها الدول الأعضاء، بما في ذلك التبرعات النقدية المقدَّمة من إسبانيا وألمانيا وكرواتيا والنمسا، وشجّعت الدول الأعضاء على تقديم كل ما يلزم من دعم، على أساس طوعي، إلى برنامج " سبايدر " ، بما في ذلك الدعم المالي، لتمكينه من تنفيذ خطة عمله لفترة السنتين 2010-2011.
