غير أن هذه القيود لا تزال سارية فيما يتعلق ببيع أو توريد اﻷسلحة والمعدات ذات الصلة إلى القوات غير الحكومية، أو إلى أشخاص في الدول المجاورة، لاستخدامها في رواندا.

By that resolution, the Security Council also requested the Secretary-General to initiate planning for the complete withdrawal of UNAMIR within a period of six weeks after the expiry of its mandate and to examine, in the context of existing United Nations regulations, the feasibility of transferring the Mission's non-lethal equipment, as elements of UNAMIR withdrew, for use in Rwanda.
كما طلب مجلس اﻷمن، بموجب ذلك القرار، إلى اﻷمين العام أن يبدأ في التخطيط للانسحاب التام للبعثة في غضون ستة أسابيع من انتهاء ولايتها، وأن يدرس، في سياق اﻷنظمة الحالية لﻷمم المتحدة، جدوى نقل المعدات غير الفتاكة الموجودة لدى البعثة، عند انسحاب عناصر البعثة، لاستخدامها في رواندا.

6. In the same resolution, the Security Council also requested me to examine, in the context of existing United Nations regulations, the feasibility of transferring UNAMIR non-lethal equipment for use in Rwanda.
٦ - وفي القرار نفسه، طلب مجلس اﻷمن الي أيضا أن أقوم، في سياق اﻷنظمة الحالية لﻷمم المتحدة، بدراسة جدوى نقل المعدات غير الفتاكة الموجودة لدى البعثة لاستخدامها في رواندا.

3. Expresses its determination that the prohibition on the sale or supply of arms and related matériel to non-governmental forces for use in Rwanda should be implemented fully in accordance with resolution 1011 (1995);
٣ - يعرب عن تصميمه على ضرورة تنفيذ الحظر المفروض على بيع وتوريد اﻷسلحة واﻷعتدة ذات الصلة إلى القوات غير الحكومية لاستخدامها في رواندا تنفيذا كاملا وفقا للقرار ١٠١١ )١٩٩٥(؛

The Security Council, in its resolution 1029 (1995), had requested the Secretary-General to examine the feasibility of transferring UNAMIR non-lethal equipment for use in Rwanda.
٤٦ - واشار إلى أن مجلس اﻷمن طلب، في قراره ١٠٢٩ )١٩٩٥(، إلى اﻷمين العام أن يقوم بدراسة جدوى نقل المعدات غير الفتاكة من البعثة لاستخدامها في رواندا.

9. In paragraph 3 of its resolution 1053 (1996) of 23 April 1996, the Security Council expressed its determination that the prohibition on the sale or supply of arms and related matériel to non-governmental forces for use in Rwanda should be implemented fully in accordance with resolution 1011 (1995).
٩ - أعرب مجلس اﻷمن، في الفقرة ٣ من قراره ١٠٥٣ )١٩٩٦( المؤرخ ٢٣ نيسان/أبريل ١٩٩٦، عن تصميمه على ضرورة تنفيذ الحظر المفروض على بيع أو توريد اﻷسلحة واﻷعتدة ذات الصلة إلى القوات غير الحكومية لاستخدامها في رواندا تنفيذا كاملا وفقا للقرار ١٠١١ )١٩٩٥(.

In this connection, it will be recalled that paragraph 7 of Security Council resolution 1029 (1995) requested me " to examine, in the context of existing United Nations regulations, the feasibility of transferring UNAMIR non-lethal equipment, as elements of UNAMIR withdraw, for use in Rwanda " .
ومن الجدير بالذكر، في هذا الصدد، أن مجلس اﻷمن قد طلب إليﱠ في الفقرة ٧ من قراره ١٠٢٩ )١٩٩٥( القيام " في سياق اﻷنظمة الحالية لﻷمم المتحدة، بدراسة جدوى نقل المعدات غير الفتاكة الموجودة لدى البعثة، كعناصر من انسحابها، لاستخدامها في رواندا " .

Although the restrictions imposed by paragraph 13 of resolution 918 (1994) on the sale or supply of arms and related matériel to the Government of Rwanda were terminated on 1 September 1996 in accordance with paragraph 8 of resolution 1011 (1995), all States are required to continue to implement the foregoing restrictions with a view to preventing the sale and supply of arms and related matériel to non-governmental forces for use in Rwanda.
٤ - وبالرغم من أن القيود المفروضة بموجب الفقرة ١٣ من القرار ٩١٨ )١٩٩٤( بشأن بيع اﻷسلحة والمعدات ذات الصلة وتوريدها إلى حكومة رواندا قد انتهت في ١ أيلول/سبتمبر ١٩٩٦ وفقا للفقرة ٨ من القرار ١٠١١ )١٩٩٥(، فإنه من المطلوب من جميع الدول أن تواصل تنفيذ القيود السابق اﻹشارة إليها بغية منع بيع وتوريد اﻷسلحة والمعدات ذات الصلة إلى القوات غير الحكومية لاستخدامها في رواندا.
