الحبس مدة لا تقل عن أسبوع ولا تجاوز ثلاث سنوات وغرامة لا تقل عن مائة وخمسين درهم ولا تجاوز ثلاثين ألف درهم مع الحكم بمصادرة السلاح والمتفجرات المضبوطة.

The Supreme Electoral Tribunal must therefore permit the citizens concerned to lodge complaints within a period of not less than one week. In addition, the Tribunal's computation centre must verify that the general electoral rolls and the polling teams' lists match.
ولهذا ينبغي على المحكمة العليا للانتخابات أن تسمح للمواطنين المعنيين بتقديم الشكاوى في فترة لا تقل عن أسبوع واحد وعلاوة على ذلك، ينبغي على المركز الاحصائي التابع للمحكمة أن يتحقق من تطابق قوائم الاقتراع العامة مع قوائم أفرقة الاقتراع.

(a) Staff appointed under these rules whose contracts are to be terminated prior to the specified expiration date shall be given not less than one week's written notice in the case of locally recruited staff members, and two weeks' written notice in the case of non-locally recruited staff members, or as otherwise provided in the letter of appointment.
)أ( الموظفون المعينون بموجب هذه القواعد والذين يتقرر إنهاء عقودهم قبل موعد انتهائها المحدد يعطون إخطارا خطيا لمدة لا تقل عن أسبوع في حالة الموظفين المعينين محليا، وإخطارا خطيا لمدة أسبوعين في حالة الموظفين غير المعينين محليا أو حسبما يرد في خطاب التعيين.
