Non-governmental organization projects are financed, as the entire programme of activities of the Centre for Human Rights in Cambodia, under the Trust Fund for a Human Rights Education Programme in Cambodia.

270. The following curriculum was developed for the adult Education Programme supervised by the Ministry of Culture, in cooperation with the Ministry of Educations:

The introduction of a gender analysis tool to UNICEF partners operating in conflict areas of the Central African Republic fundamentally changed the way they conducted their girls' Education Programme by helping them reassess the root causes of girl school drop-outs in conflict zones and redesign the strategy accordingly.
وأدى إدخال أداة للتحليل الجنساني لدى شركاء اليونيسيف العاملين في مناطق النزاع في جمهورية أفريقيا الوسطى إلى إحداث تغيير جذري في طريقة تنفيذهم لبرنامج تعليم الفتيات، وذلك بمساعدتهم على إعادة تقييم الأسباب الجذرية لانقطاع الفتيات عن الدراسة في مناطق النزاع، وإعادة تصميم استراتيجيتهم وفقا لذلك.

– With respect to training manuals for the adult Education Programme, designed and published two manuals on the theme “Women and work”.

The human rights Education Programme, initiated in 1997 at the request of the Government in areas formerly under Khmer Rouge control, achieved full implementation during 1998.

16. Most of the activities to be implemented by the Centre for Human Rights in Cambodia are to be financed from voluntary contributions to the Trust Fund for a Human Rights Education Programme in Cambodia.

8. Most of the activities of the Centre for human Rights in Cambodia are financed through voluntary contributions to the Trust Fund for a Human Rights Education Programme in Cambodia.
