This Ministerial Declaration is entitled: " Cotonou Agenda for productive capacity-building in the least developed countries " .

In that connection, he drew attention to the Cotonou Agenda for productive capacity-building in least developed countries, adopted at the Ministerial Conference in July.

(m) Encourage donor countries to ensure that their domestic policies in such areas as trade, finance and technology are supportive of productive capacity-building in developing countries;

4. We also call for genuine solidarity with the aspirations expressed by the least developed countries during the conference with a view to fostering and strengthening new partnerships for productive capacity-building in the least developed countries.

12. We underline the importance of the Cotonou Agenda for productive capacity-building in least developed countries and invite all stakeholders to take appropriate actions for its implementation and follow-up.
12 - ونشدد على أهمية برنامج كوتونو لبناء القدرات الإنتاجية في أقل البلدان نمواً، وندعو جميع أصحاب المصلحة إلى اتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة لتنفيذه ومتابعته.

60. We invite all stakeholders to take appropriate actions for the implementation and follow-up of the Cotonou Agenda for productive capacity-building in least developed countries, in particular the key initiatives;
٦٠ - ندعو جميع الجهات صاحبة الشأن إلى اتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة من أجل تنفيذ ومتابعة برنامج عمل كوتونو لبناء القدرات الإنتاجية في أقل البلدان نموا، ولا سيما المبادرات الرئيسية؛

The ASEAN nations therefore welcomed the successful conclusion of the ministerial conference on new partnerships for productive capacity-building in least developed countries that had been held in Cotonou, Benin, earlier in the year, and hoped that its outcome document, the Cotonou Agenda, would lead to new partnerships for productive capacity-building.

1. We, ministers and representatives of the least developed countries have met in Cotonou, Republic of Benin, from 28 to 31 July 2014, on the theme " new partnerships for productive capacity-building in least developed countries " .

The purpose of this agenda item is to bring together experts, government policymakers and representatives from transnational corporations (TNCs), to address the potential of foreign direct investment (FDI) for building productive capacities in the agricultural production sector of developing countries.
