Throughout the Geneva Conference, the goal of the Syrian Coalition was clear and consistent: to end the Syrian conflict by discussing and agreeing on the full implementation of the Geneva Communiqué.
خلال مؤتمر جنيف، كان هدف الائتلاف السوري واضحاً وثابتاً ألا وهو إنهاء النزاع السوري من خلال مناقشة التنفيذ الكامل لبيان جنيف والتوصل إلى اتفاق بشأنه.

The fulfilment of the mandate of the Joint Special Envoy will continue to require support for a transition process, consistent with the Geneva Communiqué, from a United Nations presence on the ground in Syria, including of the Office of the Joint Special Envoy for Syria.
وسيظل تنفيذ ولاية المبعوث الخاص المشترك يتطلب حضور الأمم المتحدة، بما في ذلك مكتب المبعوث الخاص المشترك، على الميدان في سوريا لمساندة عملية الانتقال، وفقا لبيان جنيف.

Recalling its full endorsement of the Geneva Communiqué of 30 June 2012 which states that accountability for acts committed during the present conflict in the Syrian Arab Republic must be addressed,
وإذ يشير إلى تأييده الكامل لبيان جنيف المؤرخ 30 حزيران/يونيه 2012 الذي ينص على وجوب النظر في الجوانب المتعلقة بالمساءلة عن الأعمال المرتكبة خلال النـزاع الدائر حالياً في الجمهورية العربية السورية،

:: The goal of the Geneva Conference was the full implementation of the Geneva Communiqué, beginning with the establishment of a transitional governing body exercising full executive powers, which could include members of the present Government and the opposition and other groups, and would be formed on the basis of mutual consent.
:: إن الهدف من مؤتمر جنيف هو التنفيذ الكامل لبيان جنيف تنفيذا تاما، بدءا بإنشاء هيئة حكم انتقالية تمارس سلطات تنفيذية كاملة، ويمكن أن تشمل أعضاء من الحكومة الحالية ومن المعارضة والجماعات الأخرى، على أن تتشكل بالتراضي.

In June, we issued a statement reaffirming our commitment to the political process and demanding the full and immediate implementation of the Geneva Communiqué.
وفي حزيران/يونيه، أصدرنا بيانا للتأكيد مجددا على التزامنا بالعملية السياسية والمطالبة بالتنفيذ الكامل والفوري لبيان جنيف.

They reiterated that the only sustainable solution to the current crisis is through an inclusive and Syrian-led political process, with a view to a full implementation of the Geneva Communiqué of 30 June 2012.
وأكدوا مجددا أن الحل الدائم الوحيد للأزمة الراهنة يمر عبر عملية سياسية شاملة للجميع يقودها السوريون، وذلك بهدف التنفيذ الكامل لبيان جنيف المؤرخ 30 حزيران/يونيه 2012.

The Security Council and the European Union reiterate their shared objectives in promoting and facilitating the political solution to the Syrian conflict based on the full implementation of the Geneva Communiqué of 30 June 2012.
ويكرر مجلس الأمن والاتحاد الأوروبي تأكيد أهدافهما المشتركة المتمثلة في تعزيز وتيسير فرص التوصل إلى حل سياسي للنزاع السوري على أساس التنفيذ الكامل لبيان جنيف المؤرخ 30 حزيران/يونيه 2012.

That solution must come from Syrians themselves and be a fully inclusive process aimed at establishing full democracy in accordance with the Geneva Communiqué of 30 June 2012.

To that end, the Joint Special Representative will continue his consultations with all Syrian, regional and international stakeholders with a view to holding an international conference on the Syrian Arab Republic that would launch negotiations between Syrian sides to implement the Geneva Communiqué.

The Council reiterated its endorsement of the Geneva Communiqué of 30 June 2012 (annex II of resolution 2118 (2013)) and demanded that all parties work towards its immediate and comprehensive implementation.
وكرر المجلس تأييده لبيان جنيف المؤرخ 30 حزيران/يونيه 2012 (المرفق الثاني للقرار 2118 (2013)) وطالب جميع الأطراف بأن تعمل على التنفيذ الفوري والشامل للبيان.

147. On 7 May 2013, the Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation and the Secretary of State of the United States called in Moscow for the convening of an international conference on the Syrian crisis to include the Government of the Syrian Arab Republic and the opposition, with a view to reaching agreement on the full implementation of the Geneva Communiqué.
147 - وفي 7 أيار/مايو 2013، دعا وزيرا خارجية الاتحاد الروسي والولايات المتحدة في موسكو إلى عقد مؤتمر دولي بشأن الأزمة السورية يضم حكومة الجمهورية العربية السورية والمعارضة، وذلك بهدف التوصل إلى اتفاق بشأن التنفيذ الكامل لبيان جنيف.

They included the organization of the Geneva Conference on Syria in Montreux on 22 January 2014, where Member States and regional organizations urged the Syrian sides to come to a political settlement that would meet the aspirations of the people of the Syrian Arab Republic and fully implement the Geneva Communiqué.
وقد شملت تلك الخطوات تنظيم مؤتمر جنيف بشأن سورية في مونترو في 22 كانون الثاني/يناير 2014، الذي حثّت فيه الدول الأعضاء والمنظمات الإقليمية الأطرافَ السورية على التوصل إلى تسوية سياسية تلبي تطلعات الشعب السوري وتحقق التنفيذ الكامل لبيان جنيف.

In this respect, I welcomed the endorsement of the Security Council, in resolution 2118 (2013), of the Geneva Communiqué of 30 June 2012, which provides a framework for a political solution, as well as the subsequent adoption, on 2 October 2013, of a presidential statement on the humanitarian situation in Syria (S/PRST/2013/15).
وأرحب في هذا الصدد بتأييد مجلس الأمن في قراره 2118 (2013) لبيان جنيف المؤرخ 30 حزيران/يونيه 2012، الذي يتيح إطارا للحل السياسي، وللبيان الرئاسي المؤرخ 2 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2013 بشأن الأوضاع الإنسانية في سوريا (S/PRST/2013/15).

9. Reiterates that the only sustainable solution to the current crisis in Syria is through an inclusive and Syrian-led political process with a view to full implementation of the Geneva Communiqué of 30 June 2012 endorsed as Annex II of its resolution 2118 (2013), pays tribute to the efforts of Mr. Lakhdar Brahimi, and welcomes the appointment of the Special Envoy of the United Nations Secretary-General for Syria Mr. Staffan de Mistura;
9 - يعيد التأكيد على أن الحل المستدام الوحيد للأزمة الراهنة في سورية لن يتحقق إلا من خلال عملية سياسية شاملة للجميع بقيادة سورية ترمي إلى التنفيذ الكامل لبيان جنيف المؤرخ 30 حزيران/يونيه 2012 الذي وافق عليه المجلس، بوصفه المرفق الثاني لقراره 2118 (2013)، ويشيد بالجهود التي بذلها السيد الأخضر الإبراهيمي، ويرحب بتعيين السيد ستافان دي ميستورا في منصب المبعوث الخاص للأمين العام للأمم المتحدة لسورية؛
