22. The Committee urges the State party, when planning its national budget, to allocate adequate financial and human resources specifically for the implementation of the Optional Protocol to cover critical areas of research, policy and strategy development, awareness raising and training, prevention and protection.
22- تحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف أن تعمد عند تخطيط ميزانيتها الوطنية إلى تخصيص موارد كافية مالية وبشرية بالتحديد لتنفيذ البروتوكول الاختياري كي تغطي مجالات حرجة مثل الأبحاث ووضع السياسات والاستراتيجيات والتوعية والتدريب والوقاية والحماية.

The Committee therefore shares the concern expressed by the State party in its written replies that effective and meaningful coordination of the implementation of the Optional Protocol is a major challenge, including systematic coordination between relevant ministries.
