314. The Committee welcomes the efforts undertaken by the State party to disseminate the Convention and to train professionals working with and for children, in line with its previous recommendation (ibid., para. 21).

39. The Advisory Committee notes from section VI, part B, of the budget document that, in response to its previous recommendation regarding a review of vehicle utilization, UNFIL had introduced group shuttle bus transportation for staff between Tyre and Naqoura.

The Committee is gravely concerned that, despite its previous recommendation to the State party to complete the process of transferring control of all detention and investigation facilities from the Ministry of Internal Affairs to the Ministry of Justice, in 2011 the State party instead transferred authority over the penal correction system back to the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

The Committee notes with appreciation that, in accordance with its previous recommendation (CRC/C/15/Add.179, para. 61), the State party now ensures birth registration of refugee children as well as their enrolment into the school system.

The Advisory Committee notes that this proposal is made in response to its previous recommendation that the Secretariat should continue to make efforts to obtain the services of the United Nations Volunteers for peacekeeping activities in order to supplement the use of international staff (see A/58/759/Add.1, para. 27).

704- ترحب اللجنة بالتعديل المقترح لقانون التبني كمتابعةٍ لتوصيتها السابقة (CRC/C/15/Add.117، الفقرة 19) بأن تستعرض تشريعها، بغية مواءمته تماماً مع المادة 21 من الاتفاقية وأحكام اتفاقية لاهاي المتعلقة بحماية الأطفال والتعاون في مجال التبني فيما بين البلدان.

159. In accordance with its previous recommendation (see CRC/C/15/Add.47, para. 22), the Committee reiterates its concern at the fact that the State party's second periodic report (CRC/C/70/Add.1) has not been prepared according to the Committee's guidelines for periodic reports.
