He reported that the process was led by the late king, His Majesty King George Tupou V, and that it was his legacy to Tonga, the Pacific region and the world.

وقالت إن التقرير يعكس أيضاً الطابع الاستشرافي للتقرير الوطني لتونغا الذي حدد عدداً من التحديات الهامة التي تواجه البلد وتضمن العديد من التوصيات المفيدة فيما يتعلق بمساعدة تونغا على التغلب على هذه التحديات وتعزيز حماية حقوق الإنسان لجميع مواطنيها.

It noted that since the session of Working Group, a meeting has taken place in New York between the United Nations and the Permanent Mission of Tonga to the United Nations.
وأشارت إلى أن اجتماعاً عُقد في نيويورك منذ دورة الفريق العامل بين الأمم المتحدة والبعثة الدائمة لتونغا لدى الأمم المتحدة.
