Brazil sent a technical cooperation mission from the Brazilian Electoral Justice branch of the Superior Electoral Court to support the organization of the presidential elections and participated in the electoral observer mission of the Community of Portuguese-speaking Countries in the presidential elections.
وأوفدت البرازيل بعثة للتعاون التقني من فرع العدالة الانتخابية التابع للمحكمة الانتخابية العليا في البرازيل لدعم تنظيم الانتخابات الرئاسية، وشاركت في بعثة مراقبي الانتخابات التابعة لجماعة البلدان الناطقة باللغة البرتغالية في الانتخابات الرئاسية.

The United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) initiated contacts with the Community of Portuguese-speaking Countries executive secretariat with a view to establishing a cooperation partnership between the two institutions, allowing the Community to benefit from the experience and knowledge of UNOPS in its area of activity.

The Portuguese Presidency of CPLP is following the latest reports with deep concern and calls on the authorities of Guinea-Bissau, in particular the Armed Forces, to assume their responsibilities in maintaining a climate of order and security, and respect for the rule of law.
