1. - Welcomed the adoption by the Political Committee of the plans for disarmament, demobilization, reintegration, repatriation and resettlement of the armed groups, and for the orderly withdrawal of all foreign forces from the Democratic Republic of the Congo;

The main tasks to be accomplished by the parties and requiring the assistance of MONUC during that phase include the total withdrawal of all foreign forces from the territory of the Democratic Republic of the Congo and the disarmament and demobilization of the armed groups.

116- وينبغي الانتهاء في أسرع وقت ممكن من وضع الخطة التي تدعو إلى التفاؤل والمتعلقة بالانسحاب التام لجميع القوات الأجنبية من أراضي جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية ونزع سلاح الجماعات المسلحة وتسريحها وإعادة إدماجها وإعادة أفرادها إلى أوطانهم وتوطينهم.

108. The plans drawn up by the Joint Military Commission and the Political Committee, in consultation with MONUC, for the total withdrawal of all foreign forces from the territory of the Democratic Republic of the Congo and the disarmament, demobilization, reintegration, repatriation or resettlement of armed groups do not constitute a sufficient basis for further action by the United Nations at this point.
108- ولا تشكل الخطط التي وضعتها اللجنة العسكرية المشتركة واللجنة السياسية، بالتشاور مع بعثة منظمة الأمم المتحدة في جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية من أجل الانسحاب الكامل لجميع القوات الأجنبية من إقليم جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية ونزع سلاح الجماعات المسلحة وتسريحها وإعادة إدماجها وإعادتها إلى أوطانها أو إعادة توطينها، أساسا كافيا لمزيد من الإجراءات من جانب الأمم المتحدة في هذه المرحلة.

7. Takes note of the plans drafted by the Political Committee (S/2001/521/Add.1) for the orderly withdrawal of all foreign forces from the territory of the Democratic Republic of the Congo and for the disarmament, demobilization, repatriation and reintegration of all armed groups in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and calls on the parties to finalize these plans and to implement them as a matter of urgency;
7 - يلاحظ الخطط التي وضعتها اللجنة السياسية (S/2001/521/Add.1) لتحقيق الانسحاب المنتظم لجميع القوات الأجنبية من إقليم جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية ولنزع سلاح جميع الجماعات المسلحة في جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية وتسريحها وإعادة توطينها وإدماجها، ويدعــو جميع الأطراف إلى الانتهاء من وضع الصيغة النهائية لهذه الخطط وتنفيذها على سبيل الاستعجال؛

46. In accordance with resolution 1341 (2001), the Joint Military Commission, in close collaboration with MONUC, has been developing plans for both the total withdrawal of all foreign forces from the territory of the Democratic Republic of the Congo and for the disarmament, demobilization, reintegration, repatriation or resettlement of the armed groups identified in the Lusaka Agreement.
46- وفقا للقرار 1341 (2001)، انكبَّت اللجنة العسكرية المشتركة، بالتعاون الوثيق مع بعثة منظمة الأمم المتحدة في جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية، على وضع خطتين تتناولان كلا من الانسحاب التام لجميع القوات الأجنبية من أراضي جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية ونزع سلاح الجماعات المسلحة المعرفة في اتفاق لوساكا، أو تسريحها، أو إعادة إدماجها، أو إعادتها إلى الوطن، أو إعادة توطينها.

(a) A precise plan and schedule which, in accordance with the Lusaka Ceasefire Agreement, would lead to the completion of the orderly withdrawal of all foreign troops from the territory of the Democratic Republic of the Congo;
(أ) خطة وجدول زمني دقيقين يؤديان، وفقا لاتفاق لوساكا لوقف إطلاق النار، إلى إتمام الانسحاب المنظم لجميع القوات الأجنبية من أراضي جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية؛

In the same resolution, the Security Council urged the parties to the Lusaka Agreement to prepare and adopt, not later than 15 May 2001, in close liaison with MONUC, a precise plan and schedule, which, in accordance with the Lusaka Agreement, would lead to the completion of the orderly withdrawal of all foreign troops from the territory of the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

93. The steps taken so far by JMC and the Political Committee to comply with the requirement in resolution 1341 (2001) to produce plans for the orderly withdrawal of all foreign troops from the territory of the Democratic Republic of the Congo and for the disarmament, demobilization, reintegration, repatriation or resettlement of the armed groups identified in the Lusaka Agreement are described in paragraphs 43-49 above.
