10. It was incumbent on the Committee on Contributions to begin to examine those issues.

Some members argued that the question was purely political and that, since there was no technical justification for making such an exception within the context of the principle of the capacity to pay, it was not within the mandate of the Committee on Contributions to discuss the matter.

وختاما قالت، فيما يتعلق بالمادة ١٩ من الميثاق، إن على لجنة الاشتراكات أن تواصل دراسة وفحص جميع جوانب تطبيقها على البلدان النامية التي تمر بحالات صعبة للغاية.
