In the reply of 21 October 2003, the Deputy Chairperson of the State Customs Committee informed the author that under article 202 of the Code on Administrative Offences, consideration of cases concerning administrative and customs offences under article 193 - 6 of the Code on Administrative Offences was within the court's jurisdiction.
