International support for their development efforts should be enhanced through technical assistance, the promotion of new partnerships and cooperation arrangements, including bilateral arrangements, the provision of resources, technology transfer and assistance with capacity-building.
وينبغي تعزيز الدعم الدولي لجهودها الإنمائية من خلال تقديم المساعدة التقنية، وتشجيع الشراكات الجديدة، وترتيبات التعاون بما فيها الترتيبات الثنائية، وتوفير الموارد، ونقل التكنولوجيا، والمساعدة في بناء القدرات.
