ستقوم اليونيسيف، بالتشاور والتعاون مع الشركاء، بإجراء تقييم سريع لحالة الطفل والمرأة.

Reaffirming that the rights of children require special protection and call for continuous improvement of the situation of children all over the world, as well as for their development and education in conditions of peace and security,
وإذ تؤكد من جديد أن حقوق الطفل تقتضي حماية خاصة وتستدعي تحسينا متواصلا لحالة الطفل في جميع أنحاء العالم، فضلا عن نمائه وتعليمه في ظروف السلم واﻷمن،

The Committee appreciates the presence of a very high-level and multi-sectoral delegation and the positive dialogue, which enabled the Committee to gain a better understanding of the situation of children in the State party.
وتعرب اللجنة عن تقديرها لحضور وفد رفيع المستوى ومتعدد القطاعات والحوار الإيجابي الذي مكَّنها من اكتساب فهم أفضل لحالة الطفل في الدولة الطرف.

A periodic review is made of the situation of the child and of the circumstances relevant to his/her placement;
إجراء استعراض دوري لحالة الطفل والظروف المتصلة بإيداعه في المؤسسة؛

Within these initiatives, UNICEF has a particular responsibility to promote adequate monitoring and analysis on the situation of children and women.
وتضطلع اليونيسيف، في إطار هذه المبادرات، بمسؤولية خاصة في تشجيع الرصد والتحليل المناسبين لحالة الطفل والمرأة.

1. Conduct a rapid assessment of the situation of children and women.
1 - إجراء تقييم سريع لحالة الطفل والمرأة.

At the socio-political level, the programme will undertake advocacy work based on an in depth and ongoing analysis of the situation of children and women, with a view to adopting policies that benefit children, improving the skills of human resources and allocating adequate funds.
وعلى المستوى الاجتماعي السياسي، سيتخذ البرنامج إجراءات في مجال الدعوة اعتمادا على تحليل معمَّق ومستمر لحالة الطفل والمرأة، وذلك بغية اعتماد سياسات مؤاتية للأطفال، وتحسين قدرات الموارد البشرية وتخصيص الميزانيات الكافية.

122. UNICEF will support the development of indicators and data collection tools to allow consistent and comparable ongoing monitoring of the situation of children and women.
122 - وستدعم اليونيسيف عملية إعداد المؤشرات وأدوات جمع البيانات التي تتيح الرصد المستمر لحالة الطفل والمرأة على نحو متسق وقابل للمقارنة.

5. Child protection: (a) conduct a rapid assessment of the situation of children and women.
5 - حماية الطفل: (أ) إجراء تقييم سريع لحالة الطفل والمرأة.

This cross-cutting programme will strengthen capacity at national, regional and woreda levels to support the planning and implementation of Government- UNICEF cooperation, the national programme of action, continuous monitoring of the situation of children and women and compliance with the Convention on the Rights of the Child.
٩٤ - سيعمل هذا البرنامج المتشعب المطبق على الصعيد الوطني والصعيد اﻹقليمي وصعيد المقاطعات على دعم القدرة على تخطيط وتنفيذ التعاون بين الحكومة واليونيسيف وبرنامج العمل الوطني، والرصد المتواصل لحالة الطفل والمرأة، والتقيد باتفاقية حقوق الطفل.

(a) Rapid assessment: The ability to conduct an immediate assessment of the situation of children and women in areas of crisis; and an objective assessment of the measures needed to ensure effective UNICEF country office management of the situation, and of the UNICEF response;
(أ) التقييم السريع: القدرة على إجراء تقييم فوري لحالة الطفل والمرأة في مناطق الأزمات؛ وتقييم موضوعي للتدابير اللازمة من أجل كفالة سيطرة مكتب اليونيسيف القطري بفعالية على الحالة، ولاستجابة اليونيسيف؛

(a) Rapid assessment. The ability to conduct an immediate assessment of the situation of children and women in crisis, and an objective analysis of the capacity to manage and respond to the situation.
(أ) التقييم السريع - القدرة على إجراء تقييم فوري لحالة الطفل والمرأة خلال الأزمات، وإجراء تحليل موضوعي للقدرات اللازمة لضبط الحالة ومواجهتها.

372. The Committee welcomes the submission of the State party's initial report and the written replies to its list of issues (CRC/C/Q/BHS/1), which gave a clearer understanding of the situation of children in the State party.
372- ترحّب اللجنة بتقديم التقرير الأوّلي للدولة الطرف وبالردود الخطية على قائمة المسائل (CRC/C/Q/BHS/1) مما سمح بفهم أوضح لحالة الطفل في الدولة الطرف.

The Committee also welcomes the submission of written replies to its list of issues (CRC/C/Q/MNG/2), which contained useful statistical data and other detailed information and gave a clearer understanding of the situation of children in the State party.
كما ترحب اللجنة بالردود الخطية المقدمة على قائمة المسائل التي وضعتها اللجنة (CRC/C/Q/MNG/2)، التي تضمنت بيانات إحصائية مفيدة ومعلومات مفصلة أخرى وأتاحت فهماً أوضح لحالة الطفل في الدولة الطرف.

The Committee furthermore appreciates the detailed written replies to the list of issues (CRC/C/BHR/Q/2-3) and the fruitful dialogue held with the high-level multi-sectoral delegation, which contributed to a better understanding of the situation of children in the State party.
كما تعرب اللجنة عن تقديرها للردود الخطية المفصلة على قائمة مسائلها (CRC/C/BHR/Q/2-3) وللحوار البناء الذي أجرته مع الوفد الرفيع المستوى الممثل لعدة قطاعات، ما أسهم في التوصل إلى فهم أفضل لحالة الطفل في الدولة الطرف.

454. The Committee welcomes the submission of the State party's informative initial report and the written replies to its list of issues (CRC/C/Q/ATG1), which gave a clearer understanding of the situation of children in the State party, though it regrets the late submission of the report.
454- ترحّب اللجنة بتقديم التقرير الأوّلي المفيد للدولة الطرف وبالردود الخطية على قائمة القضايا (CRC/C/Q/ATG1) مما سمح بفهم أوضح لحالة الطفل في الدولة الطرف. غير أنّ اللجنة تأسف للتأخر في تقديم هذا التقرير.
