6.5 As to the alleged violations of the authors' rights under article 26 of the Covenant, in the absence of any further pertinent information on file, the Committee considers that this claim is not sufficiently substantiated for purposes of admissibility, and concludes that this part of the communication is also inadmissible under article 2 of the Optional Protocol.

5.2 The author submits that in Gueye et al v. France, the Committee found a violation of the authors' rights under the Covenant in so far as the law produced effects after the date of entry into force of the Optional Protocol for the State party.
5-2 ويقول صاحب البلاغ إن اللجنة انتهت في قضية غي وآخرون ضد فرنسا إلى حدوث انتهاك لحقوق أصحاب البلاغ بموجب العهد حيث إن القانون أنتج آثاراً بعد دخول البروتوكول الاختياري حيز النفاذ بالنسبة إلى الدولة الطرف().
