This report, submitted pursuant to resolution 2002/47 of the Commission on Human Rights, sets out the practical measures for the implementation of the international standards in the field of human rights in the administration of justice.
يبين هذا التقرير، المقدم عملاً بقرار لجنة حقوق الإنسان 2002/47، التدابير العملية لتطبيق المعايير الدولية لحقوق الإنسان في مجال إقامة العدل.

Having considered the report, the Commission, in its resolution 1995/41, called upon the working groups which already had given special attention to questions relating to the effective protection of human rights in the administration of justice to continue to provide specific recommendations in that regard.
وبعد أن نظرت اللجنة في التقرير طلبت، في قرارها 1995/41، من الأفرقة العاملة التي أولت بالفعل اهتماماً خاصاً للمسائل المتصلة بتوفير الحماية الفعالة لحقوق الإنسان في مجال إقامة العدل الاستمرار في تقديم توصيات محددة في هذا الصدد.

The Committee takes note of the reforms undertaken and the progress made in the modernization of the judicial system during the reporting period, in particular the application of the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms and of the jurisprudence of the European Court of human rights in the administration of justice.
14- وتحيط اللجنة علماً بالتعديلات المتخذة وبالتقدم المحرز فيما يتعلق بتحديث النظام القضائي أثناء الفترة المشمولة بالتقرير، ولا سيما تطبيق الاتفاقية الأوروبية لحماية حقوق الإنسان والحريات الأساسية والأحكام القضائية السابقة الصادرة عن المحكمة الأوروبية لحقوق الإنسان في مجال إقامة العدل.

(14) The Committee takes note of the reforms undertaken and the progress made in the modernization of the judicial system during the reporting period, in particular the application of the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms and of the jurisprudence of the European Court of human rights in the administration of justice.
(14) وتحيط اللجنة علماً بالتعديلات المدخلة وبالتقدم المحرز فيما يتعلق بتحديث النظام القضائي أثناء الفترة المشمولة بالتقرير، ولا سيما تطبيق الاتفاقية الأوروبية لحماية حقوق الإنسان والحريات الأساسية والأحكام القضائية السابقة الصادرة عن المحكمة الأوروبية لحقوق الإنسان في مجال إقامة العدل.

13. Recognizes that every child and juvenile in conflict with the law must be treated in a manner consistent with his or her rights, dignity and needs, in accordance with international law, bearing in mind relevant international standards on human rights in the administration of justice, and calls on States parties to the Convention on the Rights of the Child to abide strictly by its principles and provisions;
