26. The Secretary-General underlines that the effective protection of the human rights of all migrants is critical to their inclusion and integration into society, which enables migrants to become fully active members of their new communities.
26 - ويؤكد الأمين العام أن توفير الحماية الفعالة لحقوق الإنسان لجميع المهاجرين أمرا بالغ الأهمية لكفالة إدماجهم واندماجهم في المجتمع، بما يمكنهم من أن يصبحوا أفرادا فاعلين على نحو كامل في مجتمعاتهم المحلية الجديدة.

(o) Encourages States to enhance dedicated attention to the human rights of all migrants within the governance of international migration at the global, regional and national levels, in recognition of the fact that migration is fundamentally a human phenomenon and of the need to improve international cooperation and dialogue in this regard.
(س) يشجع الدول على تكريس اهتمام متزايد لحقوق الإنسان لجميع المهاجرين في إطار الحوكمة الدولية للهجرة على الصُعد العالمي والإقليمي والوطني، إقراراً بكون الهجرة ظاهرة إنسانية أصيلة وبضرورة تحسين التعاون والحوار الدوليين في هذا الشأن.
