وإذ يشير إلى أن المحرومين تعسفاً من جنسيتهم يحميهم القانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان وقانون اللاجئين وكذلك الصكوك المتعلقة بانعدام الجنسية، بما فيها، فيما يتّصل بالدول الأطراف، الاتفاقية المتعلقة بوضع الأشخاص عديمي الجنسية والاتفاقية الخاصة بوضع اللاجئين والبروتوكول الملحق بها،

Underlining the importance of the widest possible dissemination of international humanitarian, human rights and refugee law and of relevant training for, inter alia, civilian police, armed forces, members of the judicial and legal professions, civil society and personnel of international and regional organizations.
وإذ يؤكد أهمية نشر القانون الإنساني الدولي والقانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان وقانون اللاجئين الدولي على أوسع نطاق ممكن وأهمية توفير ما يتصل بذلك من تدريب لأفراد الشرطة المدنية والقوات المسلحة وأعضاء المهن القضائية والقانونية، والمجتمع المدني، وموظفي المنظمات الدولة والإقليمية، وغيرهم.

(iii) To ensure that all actions are carried out in accordance with applicable international law, including international humanitarian, human rights and refugee law, and to take appropriate measures to protect civilians, in particular children and women;

It noted that several of these draft changes have been subject to severe critique and recommended that Norway reconsider these legislative changes and ensure that international human rights and refugee law obligations are respected.

5. Reiterates its call on States that have not already done so to consider signing, ratifying or acceding to the relevant instruments of international humanitarian, human rights and refugee law, and to take appropriate legislative, judicial and administrative measures to implement their obligations under these instruments;
5 - يكرر دعوته إلى الدول التي لم تقم بعد بالتوقيع على صكوك القانون الإنساني الدولي والقانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان وقانون اللاجئين المتصلة بالأمر، أو التصديق عليها أو الانضمام إليها، بالنظر في القيام بذلك، واتخاذ التدابير التشريعية والقضائية والإدارية الملائمة لتنفيذ التزاماتها بموجب هذه الصكوك؛

Stress that the support of United Nations peacekeeping and other relevant missions to military operations led by national armed forces is strictly conditioned on the compliance of those armed forces with international humanitarian, human rights and refugee law and on joint planning of such operations.
