The Assembly welcomed the efforts made by the Government to promote and protect human rights but expressed grave concern about the serious violations of human rights as detailed in the reports of the Special Representative and his predecessor, and called upon the Government of Cambodia to prosecute all those who had perpetrated human rights violations.
٧ - ورحبت الجمعية بالجهود التي تبذلها الحكومة لتعزيز وحماية حقوق اﻹنسان، لكنها أعربت عن القلق البالغ إزاء الانتهاكات الخطيرة لحقوق اﻹنسان على النحو المبين بالتفصيل في تقارير الممثل الخاص وسلفه. وطلبت إلى حكومة كمبوديا محاكمة جميع مقترفي انتهاكات حقوق اﻹنسان.

١٠ - تعرب عن بالغ القلق إزاء الانتهاكات الخطيرة لحقوق اﻹنسان على النحو الذي فصله الممثل الخاص في تقريره، وتشجع حكومة كمبوديا على التحقيق بصورة وافية في مزاعم وجود إساءات لحقوق اﻹنسان ومقاضاة مقترفي الجرائم ضد حقوق اﻹنسان وفقا لﻹجراءات القانونية المتبعة؛

14. Expresses concern at the serious violations of human rights as detailed by the Special Representative in his reports, and further encourages the Government of Cambodia to investigate thoroughly allegations of human rights abuse and to prosecute those who are guilty of human rights offences in accordance with the due process of the law and international standards relating to the administration of justice;
٤١- تعرب عن القلق البالغ إزاء الانتهاكات الخطيرة لحقوق اﻹنسان على النحو الذي فصله الممثل الخاص في تقاريره، وتشجع حكومة كمبوديا على التحقيق بصورة وافية في مزاعم وجود إساءات لحقوق اﻹنسان ومقاضاة مقترفي الجرائم المتعلقة حقوق اﻹنسان وفقاً لﻹجراءات القانونية المتبعة؛

(i) Handling of approximately 600,000 communications (complaints, petitions, appeals) concerning alleged gross violations of human rights as governed by the procedures of Economic and Social Council resolutions 1503 (XLVIII) and 277 (X) and relevant international instruments.

(a) The applicability of international humanitarian law and universally recognized standards of human rights as contained in international instruments in relation to the protection of United Nations operations and United Nations and associated personnel or the responsibility of such personnel to respect such law and standards;
