The Law on Public Administration (Official Gazette of the Republic of Montenegro 38/03 and Official Gazette of Montenegro 22/08) prescribes that public administration bodies shall in performance of their affairs ensure equal and efficient protection of rights and legally based interests of natural and legal persons (Article 5).
