وتركّز هذه المشاريع على مسائل مثل وضعية الفتيات في المؤسسات المغلقة، وتوفير خدمات لرعاية الشباب وإقامة برامج لإعادة إدماجهم، وتعزيز المؤسسات المسؤولة عن تقديم ردود فعل العدالة الجنائية فيما يتعلق بالأطفال والأحداث وتحسين ظروف حبس الأطفال والأحداث.

The aims of the project are: (a) to establish a specific institution for the detention of girls in conflict with the law; (b) to set up a youth care service responding to the Ministry of Justice as well as re-socialization programmes outside the prison context; and (c) to establish a protection section at the Youth Department of the Ministry of Justice and a judicial protection procedure for minors who have become victims of crime.
وتتمثل أهداف هذا المشروع فيما يلي: (أ) إنشاء مؤسسة معينة لاحتجاز الفتيات المخالفات للقانون؛ (ب) إقامة دائرة لرعاية الشباب تستجيب إلى برامج وزارة العدل وإعادة التأهيل الاجتماعي خارج نطاق السجون؛ (ج) إنشاء قسم للرعاية في إدارة الشباب بوزارة العدل، وإجراء حماية قضائية للقصر الذين أصبحوا ضحايا الجريمة.
