The Zanzibar Industrial Court is presided over by a judge appointed by the President of Zanzibar from amongst the judges or persons qualified to be judges of the High Court after consultation with the Chief Justice of Zanzibar.
ويرأس المحكمة الصناعية لزنجبار قاضٍ يعيِّنه رئيس زنجبار من بين قضاة أو أشخاص مؤهلين للعمل قضاة في المحكمة العليا بعد التشاور مع رئيس قضاة زنجبار().
