15. Encourages Governments to give serious consideration to inviting the Special Rapporteur to visit their countries so as to enable him to fulfil his mandate even more effectively;
٥١ ـ تشجع الحكومات على النظر الجاد في دعوة المقرر الخاص لزيارة بلدانها لكي يتمكن من أداء ولايته على نحو أكثر فعالية؛

1. Commends those Governments that have invited the thematic special rapporteurs or working groups to visit their countries;
١ ـ تثني على الحكومات التي وجهت الدعوة إلى المقررين الخاصين أو اﻷفرقة العاملة المعنيين بمواضيع محددة لزيارة بلدانها ؛

The Special Rapporteur strongly encourages all Governments wishing to do so to invite him to visit their countries in order to strengthen mutual cooperation and understanding, for the sake of eliminating all forms of intolerance and of discrimination based on religion or belief.

A similar request was made with respect to Governments extending an invitation to the Special Rapporteur, Mr. Stavenhagen, to visit their countries and following up on the recommendations made in the reports of the Special Rapporteur.

١١ - تشجع الحكومات على أن تنظر بصورة جادة في دعوة المقرر الخاص لزيارة بلدانها لكي يتمكن من أداء ولايته على نحو أكثر فعالية؛

3. Encourages all Governments to give serious consideration to the possibility of inviting the Special Rapporteur to visit their countries so as to enable him/her to fulfil the mandate effectively;
3- يشجع جميع الحكومات على النظر بجدية في إمكانية دعوة المقرر الخاص لزيارة بلدانها لتمكينه من الاضطلاع بمهام ولايته على نحو فعّال؛

10. Calls upon all Governments to cooperate with the Special Rapporteur, and to consider responding favourably to his/her requests to visit their countries and to provide him/her with all the necessary information related to the mandate to enable him/her to fulfil the mandate effectively;
10- يناشد جميع الحكومات أن تتعاون مع المقرر الخاص وأن تنظر في الاستجابة للطلبات المقدمة منه لزيارة بلدانها وأن تزوده بكل ما يلزم من معلومات تتصل بالولاية لتمكينه من أدائها بفعالية؛

20. Urges all Governments to cooperate fully with the Special Rapporteur and to respond favourably to her/his requests to visit their countries and to provide her/him with all necessary information so as to enable her/him to fulfil her/his mandate even more effectively;
20- يحث الحكومات كافة على التعاون تعاوناً كاملاً مع المقررة الخاصة، والاستجابة للطلبات المقدمة منها لزيارة بلدانها وتزويدها بكل ما يلزم من معلومات تمكِّنها من الاضطلاع بولايتها بمزيد من الفعالية؛

4. Encourages all Governments to respond favourably to the requests of the Special Rapporteur to visit their countries so as to enable him/her to fulfil the mandate effectively;
4- يدعو جميع الحكومات إلى أن تفكر بجدية في إمكانية دعوة المقرر الخاص لزيارة بلدانها لتمكينه من الاضطلاع بولايته على نحو فعال؛

7. Calls upon all Governments to cooperate with the Special Rapporteur and to consider responding favourably to his or her requests to visit their countries and to provide him or her with all the necessary information related to the mandate to enable him or her to fulfil the mandate effectively;
7- يناشد جميع الحكومات أن تتعاون مع المقرر الخاص وأن تنظر في الاستجابة للطلبات المقدمة منه لزيارة بلدانها وأن تزوده بكل ما يلزم من معلومات تتصل بالولاية لتمكينه من إنجازها بفعالية؛

16. Calls upon all States to cooperate with and assist the Working Group in its task, to supply all necessary available information requested by it and to give serious consideration to responding favourably to its requests to visit their country to enable it to fulfil its mandate effectively;
16- يهيب بجميع الدول أن تتعاون مع الفريق العامل وأن تساعده في أداء مهمته، وأن تزوده بكل ما يطلبه من معلومات متاحة ضرورية، وأن تنظر بجدية في الاستجابة للطلبات التي يقدمها لزيارة بلدانها حتى يتمكن من أداء ولايته بفعالية؛
