(ii) The World Health Organization indicated in its submission on the guidelines for the formulation of NAPs that it has reviewed the LEG technical guidelines for the NAP process and adapted them to the needs of the health adaptation process at the national level.
وأشارت منظمة الصحة العالمية في ورقتها بشأن المبادئ التوجيهية لصياغة خطط التكيف الوطنية() إلى أنها قامت بمراجعة المبادئ التوجيهية التقنية لفريق الخبراء المتعلقة بعملية خطط التكيف الوطنية ومواءمتها بما يتفق واحتياجات عملية التكيف الصحي على الصعيد الوطني.

Many Parties felt that the principal modality necessary for the formulation of NAPs is the scaling up of support provided by Parties included in Annex II to the Convention (Annex II Parties) in line with the provisions of the Convention.
واعتبر العديد من الأطراف أن الطريقة الرئيسية لصياغة خطط التكيف الوطنية هي زيادة الدعم المقدم من قبل الأطراف المدرجة في المرفق الثاني للاتفاقية (الأطراف المدرجة في المرفق الثاني)، وفقاً لأحكام الاتفاقية.

As a first step, the Adaptation Committee reviewed existing guidelines to determine their adequacy and any remaining gaps, in particular the technical guidelines for the NAP process, which were developed by the LEG, on the basis of the initial guidelines for the formulation of NAPs developed at COP 17.

(a) As a first step under the national adaptation plan process, to provide funding from the Least Developed Countries Fund, to meet the agreed full cost, as appropriate, of activities to enable the preparation of the national adaptation plan process as described in the elements contained in paragraphs 2 - 6 of the initial guidelines for the formulation of national adaptation plans in the annex to decision 5/CP.17;
(أ) كخطوة أولى في إطار عملية خطط التكيف الوطنية، تقديم التمويل من صندوق أقل البلدان نمواً لتغطية كامل التكاليف المتفق عليها، حسب الاقتضاء، فيما يخص الأنشطة التي تهدف إلى إتاحة إعداد عملية خطط التكيف الوطنية كما جاء وصفها في العناصر الواردة في الفقرات 2-6 من المبادئ التوجيهية الأولية لصياغة خطط التكيف الوطنية في مرفق المقرر 5/م أ-17؛
