During its consideration of the reports, the Committee met with members of the Audit Operations Committee of the Board of Auditors, as well as representatives of the Secretary-General, who provided additional information and clarification.

At a meeting in March 1994 between the United Nations Audit Operations Committee (AOC) and representatives of the Fund secretariat, the modalities for implementing the requested changes in the content and presentation of the results of the actuarial valuations of the Fund were discussed, including timing problems resulting from the fact that the Board of Auditors always meets before the Pension Board.
