5-4 ومن دواعي أسف صاحب البلاغ أن يكون المدعي العام لغروزني قد أخذ في 1 أيار/مايو 2006 قرار استئناف التحقيق في ظروف وفاة زوجته نتيجة للبلاغ الذي قدمه إلى اللجنة.
