وفي ضوء أحكام القرار ٤٨/٢١٨ باء، يقترح اﻷمين العام تعيين السيد كارل ثيودور باشكي في منصب وكيل اﻷمين العام لخدمات اﻹشراف الداخلي لفترة محددة واحدة مدتها خمس سنوات، اعتبارا من ١ تشرين اﻷول/اكتوبر ١٩٩٤.
