This toolkit was the product of UNCTAD's Intergovernmental Working Group of Experts on International Standards of Accounting and Reporting (ISAR).
وكانت مجموعة الأدوات تلك نتاجاً لفريق الخبراء العامل الحكومي الدولي المعني بالمعايير الدولية للمحاسبة والإبلاغ التابع للأونكتاد.

Of the 27 countries which installed EMPRETEC, 94 per cent confirmed the usefulness of the programme. Moreover, 291 experts from 93 Member States participated in the twenty-fourth session of the Intergovernmental Working Group of Experts on International Standards of Accounting and Reporting (ISAR).

The programme's accounting section continued to provide assistance to the Intergovernmental Working Group of Experts on International Standards of Accounting and Reporting, which has now achieved its full membership of 34 countries.

Participants from 10 LDCs took part in the twenty-ninth session of the Intergovernmental Working Group of Experts on International Standards of Accounting and Reporting, and 13 LDCs, in the thirtieth session.

12. The fifteenth session of the Intergovernmental Working Group of Experts on International Standards of Accounting and Reporting achieved unanimous consensus on guidelines to Governments and enterprises on how environmental transactions and events are to be reported in financial statements.

The fourteenth session of the Intergovernmental Working Group of Experts on International Standards of Accounting and Reporting (ISAR) was opened by Mr. L. Nelson Carvalho (Brazil), Chairman of the Group at its thirteenth session.
