" 1. the law of the State in which the assignor is located governs:
" 1- يخضع لقانون الدولة التي يقع فيها مقر المحيل:

(ii) In the case of investment securities held through a securities intermediary, the law of the State in which the securities intermediary is located;
`2` في حالة السندات الاستثمارية التي يُحتفظ بها عن طريق وسيط أوراق مالية، لقانون الدولة التي يوجد فيها وسيط الأوراق المالية؛

(iii) In the case of bank deposits, the law of the State in which the bank is located[; and
`3` في حالة الايداعات المصرفية، لقانون الدولة التي يوجد فيها المصرف[؛

(iv) In the case of receivables whose assignment is governed by this Convention, the law of the State in which the assignor is located].
`4` في حالة المستحقات التي تخضع احالتها لأحكام هذه الاتفاقية، لقانون الدولة التي يقع فيها مقر المحيل].

(a) The corporation has ceased to exist according to the law of the State of incorporation for a reason unrelated to the injury; or
(أ) إذا لم يعد للشركة وجود وفقا لقانون الدولة التي أنشئت فيها لسبب لا صلة له بالضرر؛

2. In the absence of a choice of law by the assignor and the assignee, their mutual rights and obligations arising from their agreement are governed by the law of the State with which the contract of assignment is most closely connected.
2- في حال عدم اختيار المحيل والمحال اليه قانونا ما، تخضع حقوقهما والتزاماتهما المتبادلة الناشئة عن اتفاقهما لقانون الدولة التي يكون عقد الاحالة أوثق صلة بها.
