Failure to provide the required data, even with the consent of the party concerned, as well as the provision of false information affecting the right to social benefits constitutes a punishable violation of the law on social security in the light of the Penal Code.
146- يشكل التقصير في تقديم البيانات الضرورية حتى بموافقة الطرف المعني، فضلاً عن تقديم بيانات غير صحيحة تؤثر على الحق في الحصول على استحقاقات الضمان الاجتماعي، انتهاكاً لقانون الضمان الاجتماعي يستحق العقوبة بموجب قانون العقوبات.

161. The Social Security Board under the Ministry of Labor is carrying out its mandate in accordance with the Social Security Act 1954.

138. Failure to provide the required data, even with the consent of the party concerned, as well as the provision of false information affecting the right to social benefits constitutes a punishable violation of the law on social security in the light of the Penal Code.
138- يشكل التقصير في تقديم البيانات الضرورية حتى بموافقة الطرف المعني، فضلاً عن تقديم بيانات غير صحيحة تؤثر على الحق في الحصول على استحقاقات الضمان الاجتماعي، انتهاكاً لقانون الضمان الاجتماعي يستحق العقوبة بموجب القانون الجنائي.

142. In the light of the Committee's previous concluding observations (see A/59/38, para. 307), please indicate the measures taken to prohibit dismissal on the ground of pregnancy, and to ensure effective implementation of the law on social security, the labour legislation and the legislation on sexual harassment and other forms of violence against women, in particular in free-trade zones.
142 - في ضوء الملاحظات الختامية السابقة للجنة (انظر A/59/38، الفقرة 307)، هل لكم أن تبينوا ما التدابير التي اتخذت لحظر الفصل من العمل بسبب الحمل، ولكفالة التنفيذ الفعال لقانون الضمان الاجتماعي وقانون العمل والتشريعات المتعلقة بالتحرش الجنسي وغيره من أشكال العنف ضد المرأة، ولا سيما في المناطق الحرة.

13. In the light of the Committee's previous concluding observations (see A/59/38, para. 307), please indicate the measures taken to prohibit dismissal on the ground of pregnancy, and to ensure effective implementation of the law on social security, the labour legislation and the legislation on sexual harassment and other forms of violence against women, in particular in free-trade zones.
