٣٣- باﻹضافة إلى ضرورة ضمان حق المعوقين في الحصول على غذاء كاف ومسكن ملائم وغير ذلك من الاحتياجات المادية اﻷساسية، يكون من الضروري أيضاً " توفير خدمات الدعم للمعوقين، ومنها اﻹمداد بالمعينات، لكي يتسنى لهم رفع مستوى استقلالهم في حياتهم اليومية وممارسة حقوقهم " )٠٣(.
