7- يقوم المجلس التنفيذي بإعداد منهجيات رصد مبسطة مبنية على طرائق إحصائية مناسبة لتقدير أو قياس العمليات النهائية الفعلية لإزالة غازات الدفيئة بواسطة المصارف، وذلك لكي ينظر فيها مؤتمر الأطراف في دورته الحادية عشرة.
